Step by step

1. 01

   Secure the filter cap and place the chamber upright on a sturdy mug.

   Add coffee and hot water. Stay within your brewer’s capacity; brew larger quantities in separate batches.

   Stir briefly, insert the plunger slightly and let the coffee steep.

4. 04

   Press gently and steadily. Stop when the air begins to hiss.
